Show units
A furnished show unit lets a buyer stand in a finished room and picture a life. We design to the floor plan and the buyer you are courting, then dress it with Georgian and Turkish pieces that hold up to a season of viewings.

Rental furnishing and refresh
Rooms built for guests: durable fabrics, honest wood, linens in reserve. For homes already let, we refresh tired units between bookings and return them ready for new photographs.
Furnished launches
For a building opening several units at once, we plan, source and install as one programme, so every key handed over opens onto a complete home.
The process
Four visits to a finished unit.
Site visit
We walk the building and the units with you in Batumi.
Proposal
A design, a schedule and a single clear figure.
Install
Delivered through Sarpi, assembled and styled by our own team.
Photography-ready handover
Lit, dressed and ready for the camera on the day.
